Hadalian is one system with one operational record. These products are not modules or add-ons. They are the surfaces through which different participants interact with the same underlying truth.
Each surface enforces what can—and cannot—happen at that stage, so collaboration, coordination, and reliance never blur together.
How products are organized
Products are organized by intent. Control surfaces manage readiness and continuity. Preparation surfaces support collaboration. Reliance surfaces support decision-making.
These surfaces are state-dependent, not interchangeable.
